All entries should be submitted through swimmers Clubs.
Clubs must use the SPORTSYSTEMS Entry Manager program
as used for both the 2011 Spring Championships and Sprints in 2011.

These Championships are organised as two separate competitions,
each with their own "Entry File Set" data file.
One for the Individual Championships (Sessions 1 to 12) and
One for the Team Championships (Sessions 13 and 14).
Both are available for download using the links below.
When you have made and checked your entries, export them both and email both exported files to submit your Individual and Team entries.
